1. Properly Filled Fields: Please make sure to fill out the form properly by inserting your and the customers’ information in to relevant fields.
2. Submission Requirements: It is imperative that you submit imagery of the following:
   • For warranty – clear and high-quality images of the installed unit showing the unit, stock tap and any other local fittings
   • For 12 months performance guarantee – main outlets including kitchen taps, kettle, bathroom taps, shower heads and shower doors (as appropriate). Images should show any current accumulations of limescale if present
