The Halcyan Water Conditioner is very straightforward to choose a suitable size using our intuitive quiz. Our water conditioners are also very easy to install. Assuming you have standard pipework, it should take a plumber between 30-60 mins to fit a Halcyan Conditioner.

Delivery and return options
We dispatch every weekday. All orders received before 2.30pm will be shipped the same day, for arrival by 1pm the following day. We can make special delivery arrangements if your need is more urgent, simply contact us to discuss options.
Returns – if the unit is returned undamaged, without having been fitted and in the same condition it was despatched, within 14 days of purchase, then you are eligible for a full refund.
