We’re not sure when the idea to give the world a more eco-friendly
way to rid their hard water of the perils of limescale first hit us but,
if we were in the shower at the time, we’re just glad we didn’t post it
on Instagram or Facebook. Since we launched in the UK our main
motivation has always been to connect homes with money-saving,
limescale-free, healthy, more enjoyable water experiences.

Halcyan Water Conditioners is a British company based in Bristol.
We’re proud to be the only supplier for our alloy based solution in the UK.

It’s an innovative system that has been installed and relied upon by a wide variety of domestic, commercial and industrial customers for over 30 years worldwide.

We’re widely considered to be one of the thought leaders in our industry and we’re determined to provide crystal clear, unbiased information for anyone who is interested in the various water treatment technologies available on the market – whether they eventually choose to purchase a Halcyan unit or not.

Halcyan customers are widespread. They range from Bristol to Norwich, Telford to the Isle of Wight.

Some of our customers are fortunate to only have moderately hard water but the majority are based in areas such as Essex, Wiltshire, Dorset, Suffolk, Lincolnshire and London – where the scale of the limescale problem is truly challenging.

They’re generally people who have decided to protect their homes – often fitted with brand spanking new systems, bathrooms and kitchens – from the ravages of limescale. People who also want to enjoy the benefits of softer water but without all the hassle and expense of salt or resin softeners.

They tell us they simply want to find a product they can trust and then be able to go about their lives not noticing that they live in a hard water area – ever again.

Most of our customers own their homes, or are building them. Yet we’re also a smart choice for tenants, whether at university or privately renting, where they can’t just cut into the water supply but still want to be able to enjoy gentler water in the shower. We have a nifty device custom-made for the job and it only takes 60 seconds to fit!
